Caroline is described as being a ‘class-act’ and having an always-on grin, yet she is someone pedalling behind the scenes doing the work of a 20 strong department -  all on her own. Her creation of SHINY has brought an established community together. She is beloved by everyone she meets, because she’s just trying to ‘be’ and ‘do’.
